What is Poke?

Poke (pronounced POH-keh) means “to slice or cut” in Hawaiian referring to cubes of marinated sushi grade fish which is then tossed over rice and topped with Asian- inspired sauces.

What is a poke bowl made of?

Salmon Fish: Sushi-grade fish is the star ingredient, most commonly raw yellowfin Salmon.

Avocado & Vegetables: Toppings like avocado, shaved onion, seaweed and crispy garlic add flavor and crunch.

Rice: Most bowls start with a base layer of jasmine rice. Sweetfin uses bamboo rice, which has a green tint.

LOGO CONCEPT

The logo is designed in the form of a boke bowl and contains the ingredients of the dish of salmon with avocado, which are the two main ingredients of the dish. With a reference to the island of Hawaii in the place of ocean water. The shape as a whole is in the form of slices, like the ingredients of the dish that are served in the form of slices.
